Question about Deskjet 2.03 driver and 3.0

I'd like to hear from anyone who has upgraded (I plan to use BuildDisk, not
Upgrade.app) to NS 3.0 and uses a driver for the Deskjet 500, as I do. I'd
prefer to know precisely how, or if, the driver is installed with NS 3.0
