loginwindow option

I found out how I killed my system: as suggested in section 9 of the
NextAdmin documentation, I added the option "-PowerOffDisabled true",
as shown in the example, to the console line of /etc/ttys. Then
loginwindow simply hangs. I took it out, and now it works again.

Instead, I have it now in root's default database, and that seems to
work. (I.e. "dwrite loginwindow PowerOffDisabled true".)

In setting loginwindow options via /etc/ttys, I once found that adding
any option--not just PowerOff Disabled--hosed the loginwindow.

On closer inspection, it looks like only around 128 characters can be
passed to loginwidow via /etc/ttys! Whatever gets truncated will
appear to be an offending option. So dwrite's are necessary as a
work-around.
