Need CD-ROM Tools 3.0. HELP!

Hello. We just received the 3.0 release of NeXTSTEP for our machine, but
have a problem: the software comes in a CD-ROM, and we don't have a NeXT
CD-ROM drive (we have an old Cube upgraded to an '040). We are hoping to
be able to plug in a Sun or SGI CD-drive to the SCSI port and use that
instead. However, the CD-ROM Tools that came with the disk are on a 3.5"
floppy and we have no such drive for the NeXT. I've tried reading the disk
on a Sun Sparc drive but cannot determine the format. Any ideas? Is there
any site from which I could ftp the CD-ROM tools?
