Is there some way to rebuild appcache.wmd? I had an app in my ~/Apps directory and then moved it to /LocalApps. My appcache seems to still think that it should be in ~/Apps and won't let me open any of the app's documents by double-clicking on them. The tools inspector also won't let me set the launch app to be the one in /LocalApps. Sorry if this is a RTFM but I did several searches on everything I have in DigitalLibrarian (including the FAQ's).
