Where is HIER(7)?

Does anybody know what happened to the description of the directory hierarchy?
It is supposed to be in HIER(7), but all that is there is a terse note from
NeXT saying to "see the NeXT Operating System Software manual".

However, the NeXT Operating System Software manual has no such information, and
it appears to refer the reader to "the on-line UNIX manual pages" for this sort
of information.

How's that for RTFM?

It seems that the adjective in RTFM has changed to past tense.
