Non-NeXT Printer

Could someone tell me how to print articles with a lot of fancy fonts
on a Non-NeXT postscript printer without being able to load all the
fonts to the printer ? The articles are prepared on a NeXT station and
can be displayed on the console of that machine. But I can not print
it out on a non-NeXT printer that I have access through network.

Please give me a hand, if you know.

Thanks in advance.

What was the solution to this? I am in the same position and would like
to know if there is an easier way to include non standard than using the
command fontloader.

Thanks for the help.

With NeXTSTEP 3.0, I no longer have to manually download fonts to my
Canon LBP8-Mark III when printing documents with strange fonts. The
NeXT automagically recognizes which fonts are available and downloads
those that aren't.

However, I believe that this requires that your printer be a NeXT computer,
and running NS3.0, which mine is. Other wise, you are SOL.

That should be: your printer should be connected to a NeXT computer.....
not be a NeXT computer.
