Has anyone seen the following erros while reading from a CD-ROM:

	sd1 (4,0): Error op:0x2a sd-state:4
	scsi status:0x0
	sd1 (4,0): sense key:0x5
	additional sense code:0x20
	SCSI Block in error = 0 (front porch)

I get these continuously while reading from our (NeXT or Apple) CD-ROM
drive under 2.1 and 3.0pr{1,2}
