Howdy:
In anticipation of the 3.0 release on cdrom, I would like to
determine the possibility of using the cdrom drive on our SGI Personal
Iris box. I already have determined that I can export the drive, I did
so using a SGI cdrom, what concerns me is what kind of format NeXT is
using for the distribution cdrom and whether SGI can read that format.
As this really is two questions, I am cross-posting to both
comp.sys.next.sysadmin and comp.sys.sgi (hoping that each group will
answer the question specific to it), followups directed to
comp.sys.next.sysadmin.

So, for you NeXT folks, what is the filesystem type of the
distribution cdroms? and for you SGI fols, what filesystem types can
be read by the SGI cdrom driver?

Thanks for your help, you may email me and I will summerize if
there is interest.
