I need help ASAP please...

We have a Netware 4.1 server (Ethernet protocol / NE2000 NIC).  The 
problem is:

Sometimes when we print a document from WordPerfect, Strange
characters 
are printed on the document.  If we try to print the second time,
everything is fine...  The printer is HP4L laser jet and it is
networked.
