My harddisk Miniscribe 9380S is not working anymore. When I try to
read (boot) with the minix monitor it gives the following error msg:
SCSI failure, key 0x2, code 0x22, log adr 0x0, sense buf 0x1530.

Maybe someone has any idea what this means. Perhaps a reformatting will
help? Or controller board swap (anyone have a spare?).
