In my experience this is not true. All the secretaries we've switched from DOS or Windows to Macs are more productive both in their own estimation and in their supervisor's estimation. This is supported by an Arthur D. Little study which shows Mac users to be 50% more productive than Windows users. > > > > > >Before you continue your flames, I'll say I believe PMT is better than > >CMT. Big deal. I'd rather have a PowerPC 690 based Mac at 10,000 MHz with a few thousand MB of RAM on my desk, too. It's not available now, so I'll choose the best tool for the job. That happens to be MacOS. Since it's multitasking is more than adequate for most users today and Apple is rewriting it to satisfy users tomorrow, I don't see what your objection is. It would have been NICE if we had PMT earlier. I don't see it as a critical flaw. -- Regards, Joe Ragosta -- 100% Chemical and proud of it.
