Wait a minute- this study involved adding _hardware_ and _drivers_?
Since when does the average worker do this?  The tech support segment
of the office handles this- how does this translate into productivty
for a worker who is usually working on Windows hardware where
everything is already set up?

Apple needed a study to tell me that it takes longer to install new
hardware on a PC as compared to a Mac? :)
