But that does not discount the fact that someone *can* have experience
with 95. To say that someone has no experience with '95 because you can't
get it at CompUSA is mistating things as much as I have.

It is supposed to mean that Copland != HAL alone. The reasons why Copland
will take a year, not a month, are far more varied than just HAL. Who
knows, maybe HAL is only a month task - combat vapor with vapor.
