Their license agreement says that the license can be terminated by either
party in writing i think... - you'd need to check this, but if they delete
software from your HD that you have paid to use, then ask them to put it
back and compensate you for teh time you didn;t have it.. :) (and if they
won't do it, force them by law)

If installation of MS software disables or removes competitors software
then the fact remains.. you have paid to be ablke to use that software -
they have taken away your ability to use it.. they are at fault.
(does the win95 documentationm warn you that it nukes all non-MS stuff?)


By the time they've sold millions of copies of Win95 that delete stuff
like this, it only needs one person to win such a case to open the flood
gates and make them regret it.


Anyone got the relavent software license agreements handy?
