Check out the recent issues of PowerPC news (http://power.globalnews.com or something like that). They note that while the PPC Linux port is now running in single-user mode on a Motorola box, the PowerMac port is stuck because they need more hardware docs from Apple and haven't been able to get them. -Ericb@psu.edu
