Hang on; what if it's got PowerPC written on the box?  Then all the Be
related questions ought to go into comp.sys.powerpc. Shouldn't they?

Heh heh.  Is it just me or has the number of Mac posts in c.s.ppc dropped
off since Oct 13th?  Have they finally realised that powermac != powerpc?
