Why would I want to turn off the swap file?  That would be stupid ;) It is 
part of the operating system.  OS/2 is not really happy, nor is a *NIX
based system without some form of virtual memory.

Let's just say "default installation".  I have never messed with the 
swap file in Win95.  Also Ramdouble programs are a crock.
