You know, Joe, your postings read as (1) at least slightly fanatical
belief in Apple, (2) an equally strong dislike for anything from
either Microsoft or for Linux, and (3) seem to imply that you feel
that anyone questioning, based on current financial & business news,
Apples prospects for continuing as in the past is attacking Apple.
The concensus opinion in the business is that Apple is in serious
trouble; that is not an assumption that the only way out is down
the tubes. This isn't an attack on Apple in any way; nor are comments
from the computer community, generally. I use, and personally prefer,
Windows 95 and Linux. I have advised many friends who want a good
quality machine to do work with to buy Apple products, and for many
good personal reasons I have my fingers crossed that Apple will pull
out of this with a whole skin.

I would, however, really like to see Apple start being more creative
again. What I've seen over the last many years has been a slow death
of leadership in the computer industry. Apple _used_ to set trends.
Recently it's looked more like "ME TO".
