No, I think he means that $135 is unattractive for an extra OS to
play around with. Superior server alternatives exist, e.g. Linux & 
FreeBSD, which in addition to being more powerful and flexible, come 
bundled with tons of utilities, applications, tools and souce code.

I would gladly pay $135 for some quality Unix tools -
but to be able to futz around with nt? nah, I'll pass, thanks..
