I did originally, and then waited to see or hear anything about it in the media...nothing. I do not expect Apple to die, but they are in trouble. There was another nice long story about it on the Lehrer News Hour on PBS this evening. No matter how you look at it, the bottom line is that if you are loosing money, regardless of the reason, there is a problem and it must not continue. It doesn't matter one iota if Apple had record sales of systems, what does matter is that they were and are loosing money and now hundreds or thousands of workers will loose their jobs as a result and higher-up execs have been jumping ship. Apple ain't dead but it sure is bleeding heavily right now and it needs a nice big clot to remain walking. poneil@genetics.utah.edu
