I would still prefer showing people personally what they did wrong and how
to prevent it.
When people break something; it shouldn't just take a phone call from the
ROOT user.  The
user should have the control over their own system.  Sorry, Dan; but if I
ever had a problem,
I wouldn't give you any root access to MY machine.
