As I recall, the above stuff that I snipt was from official technology 
papers about Copland published by Apple.

Regarding COpland and WIndows 95 taking similar paths...

Yes, except that WIndows 95 itself can crash when a 16 bit app crashes 
whereas with Copland, only the BLue Box tasks crash and all other tasks 
will be safe including the OS and any tasks launched by Blue Box tasks.
