NT has only supported distinct, protected Win16 sessions since 3.5. The original 3.1 release cooperatively multitasked Win16 apps, and one app could crash every other Win16 app. Win95 is not the future. I expect that MS will start pushing folks to NT 4 as soon as it gets out. As it stands now, very few corporate sites are adopting Win95. Its fine with me. I think NT is a very good product, and it frees me from the generally crappy PC hardware platform if need be. Copland is more similar to Win95, IMO, but I think that it will offer a lot more features than Win95 such as true OO features via OpenDoc as well as the usual superior multimedia capabilities. Either way, I think Copland will be impressive. The PPC604 mac's are extremely fast machines. The 9500/120's at work regularly trounce out Pentium 120's and 133's in almost every erea. Even my old 8100/80 compares favorably to my equally as old XPS90 from Dell. To top it off, I find Mac software generally more fun to use. WT
