I can see little flattery in the fact that a crappy OS is imitated by an even crappier OS :-) Anyway, this doesn't change the hard fact that Apple is losing market share, does it? And I'm not sure whether it can be used as an explanation for the loss or not. But the real point is that the current low prices of the Mac's are due to the PC competition, while the current low prices of the PC's are due to the competition between the _many_ PC manufacturers. If the Mac would disappear overnight, the PC market would be unaffected, if the PC would disappear, the Mac prices would go through the roof. If I were a Mac lover, I'd be grateful to IBM for creating the PC and allowing its cloning :-) Dan -- Dan Pop CERN, CN Division Email: Dan.Pop@mail.cern.ch Mail: CERN - PPE, Bat. 31 R-004, CH-1211 Geneve 23, Switzerland
