I've been totally impressed by the ones we have at work (but much less impressed by the low-end 7200's we have for admin users). I find the 9500 to be faster in almost every area compared to the HP Vectra XU p6/150's, but it is close. Granted, the 9500's are only running at 120Mhz though, and we've had them for a lot longer than the HP's. Actually the 9500 and XU P150 are pretty comparable. Both have a 128bit interleaved memory bus with DIMMs. Both have built in ethernet, sound, SCSI, and accelerated video. The XU has a second CPU socket, but currently I don't see any need for it. Intel so far has no plans on fixing the SMP bug in 150Mhz P6's. FWIW, the bug level in both system is about the same, with the edge going to the Mac since all of its bugs have been resolved with software updates. The Intel bugs are built into the chip and chipset so are much harder to deal with. WT
