My best gues would be to say that this poor schmuck (DaSilva) left his
terminal logged on, and someone posted this announcement for him.  I
have been tracking the names listed on these lists for a while, and 
noticed that the #7 position name (Lirong Chen) was responsible for posting
this letter about 8 months ago.  If nothing else, it means that this 
particular branch of the chain is travelling terribly SLOW... but in my
assumption, someone tucked away this letter several months back so they
could use it one day should they happen to come across a logged in terminal.

BTW: If you also notice, The #3 name (Miong Chen) lives at the same address
as the #7 name (Lirong Chen) but yet when Lirong Chen originally posted her
letter, she mentioned that she had never heard about this method before.  It
certainly appears that folks who do post these chain letters feel no guilt
about cheating others anyway... CROOKS WILL BE CROOKS!  NO HONOR AMONG 
THIEVES!
