History has shown us that in pure competition someone rises to the top. In many cases it is not the one with the best product simply the one who manipulated the market the best. In most/all of these cases the US governemnt has seen fit to call on antitrust laws to break up the said company. Microsoft is indeed a monopoly - many of it's products show that it is not supplying the best solutions and yet they still sell. This scream unfair competition just as much as AT&T used to. (There are exceptions like natural monopies - i.e. elexctricity.) It's time to bust up Microsoft. If Commodore was in the same position I'd want them to be broken up to. It's good for the market and what's good for the market is good for us. I'm also sure that Many times in history there have been conspiracys to hold other competing companies down. Espcially if they have an obviosuly superior product than you. -Nyle -- /*******************************************************************\ |Nyle F.
