Certainly, it's not as large as a Windows base, but most product areas are covered. I don't own a Power Mac, btw. Don't plan to buy one in the near future. 486DX2/66, running Windows 95. I simply have exposure to both platforms. Really. Check the prices of Power Macs and Pentiums. Even with Apples large margins, they are _extremely_ close. >dominating the PC market now, what will happen with Win95 and the P6? >No wonder Apple's scrambling so desperately for a market share. Certainly, 95 and the P6 are significant threats- 95 more so, as both the p6 and 604 are out of the range of the typical user. 95 adddresses many problems of the PC architecture, but then again Macs were selling when they were 2-3 times the price of PC's. Now that they're equal, the advantages may balance out. As well, Mac clones simply give the machine more exposure and competitive advantage. >No, I'm a "left brained PC user." Is all this logic too much for you? "Logic" is often subjective.
