The only good OS has both: Unix is unbearable to novice users without a GUI 
and Windows is unbearable to me until I'd seen TakeCommand and other CLI tools 
like that. This is the one thing I still miss dearly in the Mac OS (which is 
the best OS otherwise): a good CLI.
