Given the fact that the Justice Department of the U.S. Government seems
unwilling to take on Microsoft, it will probably dare to do anything
it wants to since it apparently cannot be punished.  As the saying goes,
let the buyer beware!

They may mind, but also realize there is little they can do about it.  They
will probably come to the same realization about Microsoft eventually after
it becomes too late to do much about it, assuming it isn't already.
