If Apple wanted to pick up more market share, they'd port
Windows-95 onto the PowerMacs. (And if Apple wanted to pick
up more market share, they'd port MacOS onto x86 machines. It's
nice that they're able to get about a tenth of the computer market
when they're selling non-user-serviceable toasters, but it shouldn't
be difficult to see that the vast majority of the market belongs to
companies that don't write their own operating systems for their
machines, but buy those operating systems off the shelf.)
