That is a pretty risky statement. Besides the tons of commercial operating
systems shipping for "PCs", tons of research oriented OSs use PCs as a
base. I'm certain it's nor "more advanced" than "any" PC or Mac OS,
because that statement is just too poorly defined to be true of ANY OS.
What do you consider "advanced"? Are you talking UI or core level?
What are the "goals" of the OS. There is no such thing as the "most advanced"
OS, they all just have different focuses.
