They have yet to have a problem which would stop most people from using
their product.  When enough large companies say that they won't use the
product because it is a security risk, I'm willing to lay odds that
Microsoft will fix it.  With the exception of security bugs and data /
filesystem corrupting bugs, just about everything else tends to be minor.
