Most computer "users" these days have problems associating a mouse with the little pointer on the screen. Linux is NOT for these people. On a blank machine, it's as easy to install Linux as DOS. On a machine with DOS it's not all that hard. Best option, pre install Linux at the factory & don't send any money to Microsoft cos you're not using DOS. I had one guy last week who couldn't get his PC to work, he hadn't plugged it in!!!!!! How do you tell someone that they haven't plugged something in without calling them stupid? I'll tell you, "Oh look, the plug has fallen out of the socket.
