Does anyone really believe the "386 with 4Mb" >stuff that Microsoft was coming out with? NT will always require at _least_ 8 more megs to work well in the same situation. It also doesn't support plug and play, the new interface is not here yet, not nearly as compatible with 16-bit Windows and DOS programs, and it won't run Win95 games either. So Microsoft sacrificed some stability and smoother multitasking for 95. There's a need for both, so both exist. Both will converge over time. But right now, 95 and NT serve different markets, as Microsoft intended.
