S3 Memory needed

According to our Purchasing Department we can not get Sequent S3 memory.
Tracy (shipping) needs something like the following:

8mb SIMM for 303 Intel Motherboard; 80ns speed expansion board.
If you know where we might obtain this please let me know.  I do not have
an S3 so I am not "up on" why Sequent is no longer providing this.
