Send the attached though uudecode, then replace the raw_ip.o module in
/sys/conf/OBJSlib.a with the decoded copy.  Please make a backup of 
OBJSlib.a first.  Run ranlib on OBJSlib.a and link a kernel as usual.
Install the traceroute executeable and reboot to the new kernel.
This was built on Dynix 3.1.2.  Traceroute should now work.
