I am trying to use PC/TCP's lpr program to print to a Dynix/ptx 1.4 system with TCP/IP installed. There is a demon, remotelp, which is running on the Dynix/ptx system. The log show a valid connection but there seems to be an error. I think the error occurs after the PC/TCP program thinks everything should be done. 2 lines from /usr/spool/lp/logs/remotelp file: remotelp (#, date, time): (host oscpc, queue laser) Unexpected EOF while getting data file remotelp(daemon, date, time):child #, exit 1 I will summarize. -- B.
