top source for ptx

I have the source for TOP for PTX (1.3.1 here). I have compiled it on
the S27 (1.3.1) and the S2000 (1.4.0) we have and it runs fine.  I have
been told by the people in Portland the the "top" portion of top is
buggy, so beware ....
