Setting up Nameserver on ptx

I'm trying to find if there are any technotes
out there that will help me set up a nameserver
on a S-81 running ptx 1.3.  Currently we are using
remote nameservers (via resolv.conf), but are finding that
they are incomplete on addresses.   Any Help would be
appriciated.
