Telnetd under Dynix

This is a plea on my part for *anyone* that has been able to compile BSD
source for telnetd under Dynix (we are running 3.0.17.9) successfully.. We
have a working binary for telnetd, but I need to be able to compile telnetd
source for a network connectivity project I am working on.

Also, even though it is a long shot, if there are any Sequent people out there
who could give me hints (or the Sequent telnetd source code #:-)) on this, I
would be eternally grateful.. Thanks much!!

We needed telnetd to behave slightly different for a special project on a
Sequent and obtained the 4.3BSD source. It compiles without problems.

You should be able to get the source from a 386BSD distribution site on the
net (e.g. agate.berkeley.edu).

BTW, the Sequent runs DYNIX(R) V3.0.17.9 and our telnetd.c's sccsid line says:
	@(#)telnetd.c 5.18 (Berkeley) 5/12/86

Hope this helps,
