look in the file /usr/spool/lp/interface/nameofprinter where nameofprinter
is the name of the printer that you want to turn the banner off on...in that
script file look for BANNER= line.  The script comments explain the setting of
either setting it for 1 to have banners print or setting it to 0 for turning
banners off.
