How to boot from 2nd disk with 1st installed as well?

I've added a second SCSI disk to my Indigo on which I've installed the
4.0.5 release. To check out the new release, I'm trying to boot from the
second disk, using the PROM monitor:

	boot -f dksc(0,2)/unix

Well, it boots, but still seems to want to use the 1st SCSI disk (the
original system disk in the lowest slot) for root and /usr filesystem.

What other options do I need to `normally' boot from the 2nd disk? Where
do I find full (user) documentation of the PROM monitor? Where do I find
the full range of PROM environment variables documented?

Thanks very much for your help.
