Silicon Graphics, a leading supplier of high-performance interactive
computing systems  has an ISAC Manager position available.

The ISAC Manager is responsible for managing the Corporate Information
Systems Assistance Center (ISAC). The ISAC is responsible for providing
first and second level technical support for the Corporate Standard
Desktop Application Suite and various UNIX Software Products.
Responsible for providing worldwide 24x7 application support and
development services for the Remedy Incident Tracking System.
Responsible for architecting Desktop support at SGI. Management
responsibilities for 11 system administrators, one programmer/analyst,
one Help Desk Specialist. The position requires extensive collaboration
with other corporate and divisional Information Systems organizations.

Education/Experience:  BA/BS Degree or equivalent, 8-10 years or
related Information Systems experience; excellent interpersonal
skills required.
