Weird, Strange Cron output error..HELP..

hi.. During the past three months, every night I received the following cron output error message from one of my PI35 machine. I tried to fix the disk, reinstall the intire operating system, upgrade to 4.05..etc and none worked. All of the files in /pkg/..etc..exist..but the error says no such files. The message is different every night for the /tmp/croutXX files..
