When trying to set up a printer using the print manager, I came across the
following error:

/usr/lib/lpadmin: can't lock printer status

instead of receiving a printer icon as promised by the "Personal System
Administration Guide."

I am trying to hook up a LaserWriter Plus to serial port 2 at 9600 baud.

Any ideas?
