CaseVision gripe (minor)

This is a minor gripe about CaseVision/WorkShop. I often rebuild the
executable from the build view window while running the debugger.
The debugger reattaches itself to the new exectuable automatically which
is wonderful, but while it reattaches, it will announce itself by raising the
entire debugger to the top level with a dialog box saying "Reattaching Executable."

My gripe is that it sometimes takes a while for it to rebuild the executable and I'm
one of those who has more than 5 things running at the same time. While it's recompiling
I'm usually doing something else. The way the debugger forces itself to the top
is very distracting. Is there any way to turn it off?

There may be a work around out there for it. If anyone knows, please tell me.

Steve
