Is there a known problem with the license administration utility ls_admin
under 4.0.5?  I think we have 4.0.5a and our system person said that
she called the TAC and they told her it was broken under 4.0.5.  I
spent about a week trying to figure out why I couldn't get ls_admin to
take our new codevision and workshop passwords.  If this is true, does
any maintain a list of known bugs and could post?
