An ROI'd image with parameters set to display within the ROI only seem to work if the top of the ROI is = 384. Starting with a 2 size ROI in the lower left hand corner, the bottom 1/4 of the image is correct, with the top 3/4 unchanged, except for horizontal lines at the 1/2 and 3/4 mark. If the size of the ROI increases to 1/4 of the image height, then the bottom half displays correctly. When it touches the 1/2 image height mark, 3/4 of the image displays correctly. I have tried mucking with PageSize to no avail. The image is a 512x512 TIFF file. Page size defaults to 65536 pixels. Has anyone else noticed this behavior? Any ideas on parameters to change, etc. would be appreciated. Stephen Shaler University of Maine steve@pith.umecfr.maine.edu
