Unless there is already someone set up to do this, I will
volunteer to maintain a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list 
for this group.

Just a nice guy you might think?  Naah.  :-)  I work on the
Hotline (TAC) in the Graphics group, and a well-maintained 
FAQ document could be very useful both for this group AND 
for customers who call the TAC.

I'll spend some time this weekend looking through all the random notes,
newsgroup articles, and Hotline calls I've saved up, and post an initial 
FAQ on monday.

It goes without saying, I'll need your input.  Q&A's, topic ideas, etc. 
all would be very welcome.
